“This project presented the builder with significant challenges, including the fact that most of the work was to be carried out four to six metres above the ground. The new breakfast, dining room, deck and master bedroom extension all focus on the brilliant views and have been completed to a very high standard and finish.”

“When first viewed from the street, this development gives the impression of a wonderfully preserved heritage building. On closer inspection, the beautifully tuck-pointed brickwork to the facade is brand new, but the buildings have a Federation influence. Internally, the modern kitchens and bathrooms are in keeping with the external facade, with the smallest feature exquisitely detailed. While the development was plagued with planning constraints and Land & Environment Court proceedings, the final result is a development that the builder and future owners can be proud of: not only does it fit in with the area, it also enhances it.”
